Long-term care insurance system was created by social issues such as increasing elderly population and geriatric diseases. We were survey this insurance system to know actual using aspect for using organizations data that related with Long-term care insurance system. We obtained the following results. Utilization of this insurance system was steady Increased. Users of most of the patients had dementia and stroke. Long-term care insurance system has bring positive results such as reduce psychological, economical burden. Hereafter, need to research of Home Rehabilitation Services activation. For more effective use of this insurance utilization.
